These custom stainless steel shoulder screws were manufactured for our electronics OEM customer using 304 stainless steel material with a cold formed T10 torx drive. Two variations were produced, with one made to a .1245″ X .4375″ shoulder and the other to a .187″ X .4375″ shoulder. The larger one incorporated 8-32 rolled threads and the smaller 4-40 at a length of .187″. Certs were provided with the parts per our customer requirements.
